Shipping

Shipping is calculated at the checkout screen. Orders for in stock items received before 3pm EST time are likely to ship same day. Express shipping options are available at an extra charge on all orders. Customers can choose to have their orders shipped on their Purolator or FedEx shipping accounts. Select the “In Store Pick Up” option in the checkout and provide your account number with any special instructions in the order notes section as well as the desired shipping services, i.e. Ground, Air, Express etc.

 

Returns

Purchases have a 14-day return policy that includes a 20% restocking fee. The returned merchandise must be in a salable condition, complete (unopened) with the original packaging and all instruction materials. Special orders cannot be returned. Prior to returning any item, an RMA number must be obtained from sales@primeparts.ca via e-mail which then must accompany the returned item.

 

Core Returns

Some items sold on this website are sold on an "Exchange Basis" and may be subject to a core fee is not properly returned. Items matching these criteria are accompanied with a pre-paid return waybill at no additional charge to the customer. Items are also accompanied by a core return tag to help identify the returnable parts. Core charges vary depending on the item in question. Core returns must be returned to Prime Parts within 30 days of the original purchase unless otherwise specified.

 

Warranties

Refurbished parts are warranted to be in good working condition for 90 days from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. All new items come with a no hassle 90-day warranty. Prime Parts reserves the rights to deny a warranty claim if the defect results from improper or inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification/misuse or improper site preparation. All warranties must be processed with an RMA obtained from sales@primeparts.ca.
